In the past I have spent quite an lot of time consulting clients about everything from non-relevant issues, in-depth questions about the services I am providing, how to set up a Pay-pal account, or even next step business advice. A few times, a client has taken my advice and radically changed their business for the good, most notably doubling their income potential, and I was left with nothing really to show for the additional time I spent consulting with them.
Yes, I have over 25 yrs. experience in advertising, design, publishing, web design, business strategies, and other related things that some may want to glean from now and then. I love to help people and have no problem with talking to anyone if they have questions or advice they need on some topic. I'm not at all trying to dissuade any needed discussion nor your welcome questions. But, when I am pulled away from business, for any client or project, I have to charge. This is about client promptness and efficiency. I want to make myself available to help all who need it, but on a limited basis.
If you need something done and you don't know exactly where it fits into the plan or you want to try to explain what it is that you need, I am available for phone consultation. This service is free to potential clients initially, but will be a charged service thereafter due to time restraints. Time is money, or lack of it if I am on the phone all the time, so please keep the matter brief if at all possible... we're on the clock. Here is my consultation pricing:
POTENTIAL CLIENT CONSULTATION SERVICES
* Initial Consultation- $FREE For up to 30 min.- Anyone should be able to explain what they need us to do for them in thirty minutes or less.
CLIENT CONSULTATION SERVICES
* General Consultation- $15.00 per short phone conversation (from 5 min. to 15 min.) about a service in which you are paying Sexton Design Graphic Services for. Questions about logo possibilities, color choices, pages added to your site, etc. Anything quick is less than 5 min. and is not counted as a consultation, but as quick question or to notify us about something.
* Detailed Consultation-$25.00 per medium phone conversation (more than 15 min. intervals, per hour) about a service in which you are paying Sexton Design Graphic Services for. Getting advice about content wording for your website, getting instructions on what format that photos or videos need to be in for your media page and how to convert them, or anything else about the mutual project client and Sexton Design are involved in.
* Business Consultation-$50.00 per hour phone conversation about non-relative topics covered in a service in which you are paying Sexton Design Graphic Services for. Asking business advice, or talking about other ways you can make money with you business, what is the best online place to publish e-books or marketing products, how to make a Facebook fan group, etc.
