Church Website Special Promotion
ALL POSSIBLE CHARGES
** $250.00 Initial Set-Up fee
** $30.00 Monthly Maintenance Fee (for on-going text, announcement, or photo related changes)
** $20.00 Yearly Hosting Fee (optional) (not mandatory for customers who have their own web space)
** $7-10 Yearly Domain Name Fee (optional) (not for customers who do not want or acquire their own domain name)
** Any monthly fees for audio upload or storage
WHAT THE PROMOTIONAL GIVES
-Semi-Custom design to customer’s specifics (within parameters of promotion)
-Up to 25 total pages (main and sub pages)
-35 Mg of storage (Additional Monthly Maintenance Fee charges of .25 cents per mg for storage above 35 Mg limit)
-Menu links will only be positioned off of the left side or off of the top banner areas. Java or flash style menus are not part of this promotion, although simple button rollover effects are permissible.
-Unlimited text/transcript style message space. This does not include book-length text or a combined message collection/list that contains more than 500 Kb worth of material.
It is up to the customer/representative to provide all text for pages that require text and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide updated message text with permissible time to adjust
* AUDIO FILE SPECIFICS- All audio files types sent to Sexton Design Web Services for upload/storage online need to be in RM, MP3, or WMA format. More than one file at a time will need to be sent on CD, please.
For converting and upload setup on multiple audio files, there will be a $10.00 per hour charge after the first 30 min. (Generally, an audio file message will run about 8-12 mgs and takes about 10 min. time to convert for streaming online)
This charge will be handled with customer interaction on an as-needed basis.
NOTE -We are not trying to take the customer’s money, but we need to charge for large and time-consuming tasks if the customer wants the specific outcome.
* HOSTING SPECIFICS- If a customer desires for Sexton Design Web Services to host their website, there will be an additional $20.00 a year hosting fee (within the 35 meg limit) * If a customer provides their own hosted web space, we will need their name and password to gain access to it for uploading purposes.
* DOMAIN NAME SPECIFICS- If a customer desires for Sexton Design Web Services to acquire a domain name, we will set it up in their name at a reasonable price per year for them. Generally domain names run about $7 to $10.
